Essence Body Work is a fee for service practice. Full payment is expected at the time of service. Receipts are available upon request at the time of check out.
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards
If you obtain a prescription from your doctor, you are exempt from the Ohio sales tax
Gift certificates can be purchased for any service or dollar amount
Prepaid Packages are also available. Inquire in the office for pricing
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of the session scheduled.
