In this 60 minute Sound Bath Meditation you will enjoy deep relaxation, relieve stress, and connect with a deeper part of your essence. The calming sounds produced by the instruments can help to slow down the heart rate and promote a sense of relaxation, which can be particularly helpful for those who struggle with chronic stress or anxiety.
All participants will have available to them a yoga mat (or chair), bolster, blanket and eye pillow; however you may bring with you anything extra you would like for your comfort.
NONE AT THIS TIME This will be a short 30 minute sound bath to de-stress during the middle of your day! The repetitive, rhythmic sounds you hear can help improve focus and concentration, making it easier to achieve a state of calm. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day.
All participants will have available to them a yoga mat (or chair), bolster, blanket and eye pillow; however you may bring with you anything extra you would like for your comfort.
NONE AT THIS TIME The ultimate mind-body class! In this class you will enjoy a 30-45 minute sound bath meditation to settle your mind, reduce stress and increase your relaxation, then we will do an additional 45-60 minutes of myofascial self care activities to address pain and tightness in your body.
Bring your body, mind & spirit back into balance, and learn ways you can continue this practice at home!

Fundamentals of Myofascial Self Care Workshop (90 mins)
NONE AT THIS TIME
This 90 minute workshop will touch on the triad of myofascial release principles as developed by John F Barnes, PT: structural myofascial release, rebounding, and unwinding.
If you have pain and tightness that is keeping you from living an active, pain-free life and would like to learn more techniques that you can do for yourself in-between appointments with your myofascial release therapist, than this class is for you!
All participants will have available to them a yoga mat to use and will receive a self-treatment ball that will be theirs to keep. If you have a foam roller that is 36" long, please bring that with you - If you do not have a foam roller, I will have a couple available for use, or will teach you how to use a rolled up blanket.
